Making an Impact in Our Community

Our values at Peace Leaders Foundation.

Our core values guide our mission and work:

Commitment

We are committed to creating a supportive environment where children can grow and thrive, and where women are empowered to support one another and build a hopeful future.

Responsibility

We promote a positive perspective that supports both women and children in valuing themselves and others, while fostering respect, care, and personal responsibility.

Support

We recognize that individuals are greatly influenced by their environment. Our goal is to provide children and women with a safe, caring, and inclusive learning environment where they can grow, recover, and thrive.

The main objective of the Foundation is to prevent violence and empower children and women to understand and exercise their rights. This is achieved through personal and educational development, strengthening interpersonal relationships, and building practical, applicable skills that improve communication, conflict resolution, and emotional understanding.
